A development project from PDFs into the CRM
For a Berlin estate agency, unit sheets, price lists and floor plans of new-build projects are read automatically and created in Propstack: 156 apartments from three projects so far. For the first project with 69 apartments, the check against the documents found no discrepancies.

For an identity verification provider, our team built the extraction of data from passports and ID cards, plus interfaces for customers and reviewers.

Dr.Transcriber turns audio and video recordings into a structured document: transcript, optionally with speaker separation, AI editing and export as PDF, DOCX or HTML. Runs on our own server or locally, without a cloud service.
Knowledge bot for a retail chain
A chat bot answers customer questions from the company’s documents: product range, branches and contact details. The team maintains the content in familiar documents.

Before we start.
Will it work with our scans and forms?
We test that on your examples. Scan quality, layout, handwriting and the required fields determine what can be extracted and where human review is needed.
Can it write directly to our accounting system?
Data transfer is part of the technical assessment. We check the target system, interfaces, permissions and approvals. A structured export may be enough for the first test.
Which documents should we prepare?
A few typical and difficult examples, plus a list of required fields. Please anonymise the initial samples; we agree on the handling of further data before the pilot.
Couldn’t we build this ourselves with n8n or Make?
Simple workflows, yes, and sometimes that is the better choice. It gets difficult when document formats change or a system has no interface; then we take on the build, tests on your cases and operation. On request we build in n8n so you can maintain the workflow yourself later.
