Project concept · Field service documentation

From a site visit to a report ready for approval.

We bring work details, photos and open issues together under the relevant job. Mobile capture prepares the report so your office reviews a complete case instead of collecting scattered messages.

THE STARTING POINT

Where effort builds up today.

The visit is finished, but an equipment identifier or photo is missing. The office sends the report back, the crew searches for evidence and the job remains open.

THE DELIVERABLE

What you have at the end of the pilot.

01

Mobile capture linked to the job

An agreed form guides staff through the required details and photos, built around one specific visit type.

02

A report from captured information

The collected information is transferred into your approved report template. Missing required fields stay visible.

03

Approval with specific questions

The reviewer can approve the report or return it with a reasoned query. The approved version remains linked to the job.

FROM TRIGGER TO HANDOVER

How one step leads to the next.

  1. 01

    Open the visit

The crew receives the job with its site, task and required documentation.

  2. 02

    Document the work on site

Work details, photos and open issues are attached directly to the visit.

  3. 03

    Prepare the report

Required information is checked for completeness and transferred into the agreed report draft.

  4. 04

    Review and approve

The responsible person checks the content and evidence, then approves the report or requests a specific addition.

YOUR EFFORT

We connect to your systems.
You stay focused on daily business.

What we take on ↗
  • One contact personSomeone in your team who knows the workflow.
  • Access to examplesDocuments, recordings or test accounts, depending on the task.
  • From managementOne kickoff conversation and the decision after the pilot.
THE FIRST DEPLOYMENT

A clearly bounded pilot.

One visit type, one field team and one report template. Professional acceptance remains with the responsible staff member; signatures and further document handling are assessed separately as needed.

What we need to begin

  • A report template, one visit type and a clear list of required details and photos.
  • A participating field team lead and a person responsible for office acceptance.
  • A selected job system and information on mobile use and connectivity at the site.
ASSESSMENT POINTS

Time to an accepted report

From completion of the work on site to approval of the complete documentation.

Returns for missing information

We record the reasons and frequency of additions, such as missing photos or equipment details.

Office effort

Finding information, transferring it, asking questions and reviewing are measured as one complete reporting task.

FAQ

Before we start.

Will it work at sites without mobile reception?

Connectivity is assessed first. We define whether offline capture is needed and how it should work, then test subsequent transfer.

Will AI write a report when details are missing?

Missing required information is flagged. A draft does not replace a content review; the responsible staff member decides whether to approve it.

Do we need a new job-management system?

We assess your existing solution first. B2B-System is a possible separate option; an agreed export can also be used to hand over the initial report.

THE NEXT STEP

What should work better in your business?

Tell us about a process that takes up your team’s time. We discuss where automation could help and what is needed to define the next step.

Describe your current workflow, the people involved and the outcome you need.
