A configured transport route
We select a suitable platform, define the route and transfer points, and configure transport for the agreed container.
We connect material requests with robot transport from storage to assembly. Your team gets a clear workflow for preparation, movement and handover, designed around your containers and routes.
Project offer · Scope and implementation are agreed for your operation.
The workstation requests a prepared kit.
The team accepts the specified load.
Assembly staff interrupt their work to collect prepared parts. The store often needs a phone call to find out whether a container has arrived or is still required.

A simple request starts preparation. Travel begins after loading is approved; a staff member confirms receipt at the destination.
You receive a trip log, documented exceptions and instructions for loading, stopping and restarting.
Assembly requests a prepared container. The task identifies the destination and required material.
The store checks the container, places it on the platform and releases the trip.
The robot travels to the defined handover point. Assembly removes the material and confirms receipt.
The platform returns. The process owner reviews trips, interruptions and staff effort against the agreed criteria.
One internal route, one container type and one assembly station. Staff initially handle loading and unloading; automatic doors and additional stations are assessed separately.
From requesting a prepared container to confirmed receipt, with waiting time recorded separately.
Loading, unloading, accompanying and intervention are compared with equivalent manual trips.
We record completed trips, stops, obstacles and the assistance each one required.
The first workflow can start with a simple request. We assess a warehouse connection based on the required task data and available interfaces.
We include these situations in the test. Stopping, notification, clearance and restart are defined before operation and checked in practice.
Before starting, we agree on the task, test cases and acceptance criteria. Storage and assembly assess the whole workflow, including manual work and remaining limitations.
We connect service request handling with preparation and robot transport of the required parts kit. The pilot brings one clearly defined workflow together, from a reviewed request to confirmed handover to your technician.
See the workflow & deliverables ↗We automate checkout and return for selected tools using a cabinet with controlled compartments. The pilot combines access permissions, tool identification and a traceable handover record, while the responsible team retains condition checks.
