Project concept · Management reporting

One shared view with figures you can verify.

We bring selected financial data together in a management report. Mappings, adjustments and sources remain traceable so your finance team can review the report and approve a clearly identified version.

THE STARTING POINT

Where effort builds up today.

Departments use different labels, file formats and versions. Every new delivery means rebuilding the summary, while the origin of a discrepancy is difficult to trace.

THE DELIVERABLE

What you have at the end of the pilot.

01

Validated data intake

We define required fields and check the structure, mandatory values and reporting period of the selected sources.

02

A shared mapping

Source lines are mapped to your management structure. Unknown items and adjustments remain visible and require finance approval.

03

A report with source traceability

The overview identifies its sources and underlying lines. The approved report version and outstanding questions are recorded.

FROM TRIGGER TO HANDOVER

How one step leads to the next.

  1. 01

    Define sources and rules

Finance selects the report and confirms definitions, period and mapping rules.

  2. 02

    Import and check

Agreed extracts are imported. Structure errors and missing values are added to a clarification list.

  3. 03

    Agree on mappings

Items are combined in the shared structure. Finance confirms disputed mappings and adjustments.

  4. 04

    Reconcile and approve

A finance lead checks the overview against its sources, records remaining differences and approves the version.

YOUR EFFORT

We connect to your systems.
You stay focused on daily business.

What we take on ↗
  • One contact personSomeone in your team who knows the workflow.
  • Access to examplesDocuments, recordings or test accounts, depending on the task.
  • From managementOne kickoff conversation and the decision after the pilot.
THE FIRST DEPLOYMENT

A clearly bounded pilot.

One management report, one reporting period and two agreed data sources. Accounting decisions remain with your finance team; additional entities and reports are assessed afterwards.

What we need to begin

  • A report owner and agreed definitions of the measures.
  • Two approved or anonymised extracts covering the same period.
  • Rules for mappings, currencies and relevant adjustments, plus an agreed processing environment.
ASSESSMENT POINTS

Effort through to approval

Import, mapping, questions and professional review are recorded for the selected report.

Lines requiring manual work

We count and explain mappings and corrections that required a professional decision.

Unresolved differences

Open items and their amounts are shown traceably between the sources and the approved overview.

FAQ

Before we start.

Does this replace our accounting or financial close?

The initial scope covers an internal management report. Bookkeeping, accounting judgements and statutory reporting remain within your existing responsibilities.

What happens to items that do not match?

They are presented for clarification. Your finance team decides the mapping or adjustment, and that decision is recorded traceably with the report.

Do we have to grant direct access to our systems?

The first test can use approved extracts. Direct connections are assessed separately once formats, permissions and update requirements are clear.

THE NEXT STEP

What should work better in your business?

Tell us about a process that takes up your team’s time. We discuss where automation could help and what is needed to define the next step.

Describe your current workflow, the people involved and the outcome you need.
